インターナショナルチョコレートアワード World Final 2015結果発表

今年のインターナショナルチョコレートアワード世界大会の結果、10月17日ロンドン ケンジントンオリンピアで開催されていたThe Chocolate Showの中で発表されるセレモニーがありました。発表の結果は下記です。 参照サイト⇒international chocolate awards

International chocolate awards for akesson'S

大カテゴリーが太文字 その中でも細かくジャンルごとに分けて行われた審査をピンクで表しています。(トモエサヴールから日本にご紹介しているチョコレートはブルーにて表記、日本からの受賞、エスコヤマさん、Le Chocolat H さん、コロンビア小方真弓さん率いるカカオハンター、イタリアベースに活動される才村由美子さんのブランドPiccola Pasticceriaはオレンジ色にて表記。日本に輸入者がいらっしゃり購入可能なブランドと現在当方で把握しているブランドはグリーンにしております。※しかしながら同じアイテムが入荷する予定があるかは未確認です。もし、該当で表記モレがある輸入者様いらっしゃいましたらご連絡くださいませ。また販売情報等があればお知らせください。)

賞は大きく分けて、板チョコレート部門・ボンボンチョコレート部門・スプレッド(チョコレートペースト)部門に分かれます。その中で、ビターチョコレートやミルクチョコレート、50kg以下の少量生産の部門であるマイクロバッチ部門、フレーバーのついたチョコレートの部門、板チョコレートの中に色々な副素材を混ぜ込んだもの部門、などに分けられています。
